& received feedback of Muslim Scholars

Praise be to Almighty Allah, and Peace and Blessing be upon the leader of Prophets and his followers.

Our Prophet (PBUH) had instructed us to order virtue and prevent vice. We had addressed some reputed Muslim scholars (Mufti) in all Muslim countries

Some people appeared to magnify and exaggerate their role in society through lies and fraud, and we had asked you to clarify the Islamic Shariah stand of this true religion as you used to advise. Due to the appearance of a serious incident, that can be classified as one of worse vices. This incident appears in the form of some ignorant people who pretend to the educated and well versed, designing and publishing a Passport and Identity Card matching with our contemporary world. This ignorant and dumb person was followed by other idiot ignorant who knows nothing about our Prophet (PBUH). This matte cannot be classified as sedulity because sedulity (ijtihad) only arise from distinguished scholars (ulama) who had reached very high status by their knowledge. Also sedulity would never be in fundamentals but only in subsidiary matters that can tolerate more than opinion. The said allegation would certainly degrade the high position of our Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) of whom we were ordered by Allah to respect and honor by saying in order that you (O men) may believe in God and His apostle, that you may assist and honor him, and celebrate His praises Morning and Evening). Al Fath: Verse No. 9. The aforesaid act does not imply respect or assistance, and can be classified as heresy which is religiously rejected according to prophetic saying: "Each heresy is perversity" .... addendum to Sahehain 1/174.

Also his saying (PBUH) ... "Whoever may introduce in this religion a heresy shall be denied" Saheih Muslim 3/1343. The above sated issue is not at all of this religion therefore, it shall be returned back on its initiator, and reflects rudeness and bad behavior towards our Prophet (PBUH) because it will encourage others to design (what he called family card and passport as used in our contemporary world). Our Prophet (PBUH) had left us on the clear argument where had said
"إني قد خلفت فيكم ما لن تضلوا بعدهما ما أخذتم بهما أو عملتم بهما ، كتاب الله وسنتي"

The so called Zahir Abu Dawood, a graduate of the Islamic Call college in the Syrian capital, which is an affiliate of Shaikh Mohamed Kaftaro Complex claims that this is an identity card a passport of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) which is classified as falsification.
"من كذب علي متعمداً فليتبوأ مقعده من النار"
Bukhari 1/52 and Shaheih Muslim 1/10. The initiator claims that his idea was widely accepted and became popular in some countries such as Kuwait and published in various ********s (French, Turkish and Malaysian) after being published in English ********.

To examine this invention, I have written the question for many Muslim Scholars (Ulama) in the different Islamic Countries to get the real Islamic Fatwa and religious opinion. In response to these letters I have received Fatwa from the Permanent Board of Scientific Research and Fatwa, represented by its Chairman Shaikh Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Al Alshaikh, Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Fatwa states:

"The Permanent Board of Scientific Research and Fatwa, after reviewing the said ID card replies as follows: (This card entitled the Mohammedan Card should not be recognized, sold or purchased, or being circulated. It should be destroyed because it is implying allegations that are accepted against Almighty Allah, His Prophet (PBUH) and Gabriel."

I had also received Fatwa from Shaikh Yousuf Al Qaradawi, which was published in Al Nadwa Newspaper, issue No.: 14770, Thursday, Friday 7/8 Jumada I, 1428 H. by saying: "What had been published in Syria regarding the publication of a family card for Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is considered one of the wonder brought to us, and I could not understand its real purpose, meaning or benefit. It is only a mere invention of shallow minded people with empty minds and hearts of any hopes therefore kept themselves busy with such trifle matters. His eminence raised the question of "What is the value of issuing a (passport copy) for Prophet Mohammed? And what is the benefit ether in this life or hereafter? The only thing I can conceived is looking for strange things and fancies ..." His Eminence Al Qaradawi concluded "This matter is an invented issue that has no any religious support ... and continues it would have been much more productive if Muslim people utilize the modern tools and methods such as internet, satellites .. etc. in introducing our noble Prophet and his morals and teachings".

My own fears of this is that some people may claim seeing Prophet Mohammed in their dreams and then sketch a drawing claiming that is the image of Prophet Mohammed and then affix it on such passport!!! Such act is not accepted for any of the honorable followers and companion of Mohammed (PBUH) leave aside for the Prophet himself.
